Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are located in Australia at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees of participating brands including POLKA, Your Reformer, al.ive body, Salt Lab, Pinky and Kamal, Ssaint Parfum and The Beauty Fridge, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.
Competition Period
2.1 The competition will run from 7:00 PM AEST, 01 December 2023 to 11:59 PM AEST, 7 December 2023.
Method of Entry
3.1 To enter the competition, entrants must follow all participating brands on Instagram.
3.2 Entrants must comment and tag one unique Instagram account. Each comment is considered one entry,
3.3 Entries must be submitted during the promotional period.
3.4 There is no entry limit, though each entry must contain a unique @ tag.
Winner Selection
4.1 The winner will be selected at random.
4.2 The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days of the competition closing date.
4.3 In the case the winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours by way of direct message response, a new winner will be redrawn.

5.2 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
5.3 In the case a prize is not available, another of an equal or greater value will be provided in lieu of.
Delivery
6.1 The delivery of the YR Original Reformer Pilates Bed and Essentials Pack will be valet if in the company’s metro delivery areas, or standard delivery if outside of these metro areas.
6.2 The delivery of all other physical prize items will be sent via standard Australia Post.
6.3 The delivery of all electronic e-commerce vouchers will be sent to the winner via email.
Promoter's Rights and Obligations
7.1 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
7.2 The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
7.3 The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Privacy Policy
8.1 The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name in any publicity material.
8.2 Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
8.3 The winner’s name will be published on the promoter's website.
