Our popular Non Alcoholic Wine is made with up to 11 different premium SA grape varietals, natural extracts and native botanicals. By using a complex distillation process, we are able to carefully extract the alcohol to create a unique, full-flavoured Non Alcoholic Sparkling Wine that rivals its alcoholic counterparts.
Our first table wine, our Non Alcoholic Red Wine, utilises an array of extraction methods and processes that has never been used in traditional winemaking. We’ve used cool climate SA shiraz as a base, as well as notes of cherry, oak and vanilla.
