Our story
Like our original sparkling, our rosé starts as South Australian wine, gently de-alcoholised at low temperature so the flavour and bubbles stay intact. Then we add Davidson Plum, a deep purple fruit from Australia's rainforests with a tart, rich character. It gives the strawberry and raspberry real depth and keeps the finish fresh rather than sweet. The result looks the part and drinks like a proper rosé. It's the bottle that turns up at baby showers, long lunches and Christmas tables, poured for the guest who isn't drinking and quietly finished by everyone else. Pour it well chilled, add a few berries if you like, and let the colour do the talking.

Love this sparkling rose. Who would know it alc free? I’ve tried so many alc free sparklers that promise so much but fall short. However, Polka delivers the goods. I can enjoy a glass of guilt free bubbles any time I like.

Really good sparkling rose!
An amazing drop! I tried heaps of these when I was breastfeeding and none were the right consistency or mouth-feel - they all just tasted like gross apple juice. POLKA have smashed this out of the ball park, a truly lovely and sparkly delicious drop. We brought two cases to serve at our wedding and all the preggos, BFers, and sober crew were stoked to have the chance to toast without worry!

This sparkling rose is the closest drink I’ve tried to the alcoholic version. Win win IMHO. Perfect if you want a ‘drink’ without the side effects. Wish more pubs and bars had it on pour.

The best drink there is
YUMMO highly enjoyed this one with my GF. We are trying to go without booze for 3 months and this has helped us feel like we're not missing out.
We picked this up in Sydney and have since bought online as we wanted a case delivered to us. Very happy with the drinks, they are really enjoyable. Have tried some other brands like Altina and Naked Life but they are awful tasting, this one actually tastes like wine.
