Our story
We wanted a spritz that tasted like nothing else in the fridge. Yuzu, a fragrant citrus loved by chefs across Japan and Korea, brings a floral, aromatic lift you can smell before you sip. Mandarin rounds it out with soft, juicy sweetness, and a touch of pink grapefruit keeps it bright. Everything is blended with our crisp De-Alc Sparkling Lilly Pilly, made from South Australian wine, so it drinks like a proper spritz rather than a soft drink. Pour it over plenty of ice with a mandarin wheel when the light turns gold. It's the bottle people ask about, then ask where to buy.

Our sparkling starts as South Australian wine, made like any other, before the alcohol is gently removed by low-temperature distillation.

Our first sparkling took a year of development and a blend of 11 white varietals. Every drink since has had the same patience.

Beautiful refreshing Spritz
A fantastic spritz for when you're not looking to drink alcohol but still want something that feels fancy. We loved drinking this and the flavour is delicious. Next up we will be trying the limoncello and the lilly pilly. Can't wait!
Excellent non alcohol drink. I’ve tried various wines but this is the best of those. Looking forward to trying the rose next
After living off your limoncello all summer, I bought this for something different and was so pleasantly impressed with it! Loved the slightly sweeter mandarin flavour and hint of yuzu. Even in the colder months I will be drinking this!

10/10. The Yuzu & Mandarin spritz is so refreshing & such a beautiful, citrusy flavour without being overly sweet. It actually feels like a proper grown-up drink, not just juice. Absolutely delicious and a perfect alcohol free swap for bubbles.
I like it but not really the yuzo flavour we were expecting. Both me and my partner thought the taste was more to passion fruit, not sure if because of the combination with the mandarin. Overall nice drink regardless our passion fruit taste. Would have it again.

Love this drink amazing taste
I ordered & received the Spritz a while ago, when it was first advertised. Tonight, I tasted it for the first time & enjoyed it. The taste is light & fresh. My husband had a small taste & gave it a “thumbs up”. A nice drink for a warm afternoon!
