Our story
We built our Botanical Spirit around the botanicals that make a great gin, then reached for Australia's own. Juniper and coriander give it backbone. Tasmanian pepper berry brings a gentle, peppery warmth. Pink grapefruit and finger lime add a bright citrus lift, and a little cardamom, fennel and cassia round out the finish. It isn't a de-alcoholised gin: it's made from botanical extracts, which is why it pours blush pink and why the natural citrus oils settle on top. Give the bottle a shake, pour 30ml over plenty of ice, top with 200ml of dry tonic and add a wedge of pink grapefruit. That's a proper G&T for about $1.74, any night of the week.

This product is great, I usually have a couple of glasses of wine, but decided to give Polka a go, and its really nice with a light tonic and two slices of lime A really nice refreshing drink to have instead of a alcoholic drink.

it was a hot day and i put the unopened bottle in the freezer to chill. Needless to say it exploded even though the seal was intact. i was left to empty the entire freezer and what remained tasted awful!
