Our story
The Entertainer brings together four of our favourites, De-Alc Sparkling Lilly Pilly, De-Alc Sparkling Rosé, Non-Alc Botanical Spirit and Non-Alc Italian Aperitif, so there's something for every guest and every moment. Made in South Australia with native botanicals and the good stuff only. Sparkling to start, spirits to settle in.

De-Alc Sparkling Wine: De-alcoholised South Australian wine (97%), grape juice concentrate, Lilly Pilly extract, ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
De-Alc Sparkling Rosé: De-alcoholised South Australian wine (97%), grape juice concentrate, Davidson Plum extract, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sulphites.
Contains: sulphites.
Water, Polka natural extract blend (juniper berry, Tasmanian pepper berry, pink grapefruit, finger lime, coriander, fennel, cardamom, cassia), sugar, natural flavour, natural colour, citric acid, potassium sorbate.

Real wine first
Our sparkling starts as South Australian wine, made like any other, before the alcohol is gently removed by low-temperature distillation.
Native botanicals
Lilly Pilly, Davidson Plum, pepper berry and finger lime give each drink a flavour you won't find anywhere else.
12 months to get it right
Our first sparkling took a year of development and a blend of 11 white varietals. Every drink since has had the same patience.
