This is the one that started it all. Our De-Alc Sparkling Wine is a South Australian cuvée built from a blend of 11 white wine varietals, then gently de-alcoholised so nothing but flavour remains. Wild-harvested native Lilly Pilly adds a bright, distinctly Australian lift, while low-temperature distillation keeps the texture full and the bubbles beautifully balanced. Crisp, dry and properly celebratory.
