Our story
We spent 12 months making a non-alcoholic sparkling that could stand next to the real thing. It starts as wine: a South Australian cuvée blended from 11 white varietals, each chosen because it keeps its flavour and texture once the alcohol is removed. That removal happens slowly, at low temperature, so the wine is never cooked and the bubbles stay fine. Then we add something only Australia could. Wild-harvested Lilly Pilly, a tart native berry, gives the finish a bright, fresh lift you won't find in any other sparkling. The result is crisp, not too sweet and properly celebratory. Pour it for the engagement, the baby shower, the midnight countdown, or any Tuesday that's earned it.

This is my favourite DA bubbly & I have tried many others. Living in country SA I can't buy locally & POLKAS order & delivery is easy & timely. Highly recommended
All the Polka Drops i have tried are good but the yuzu sparkling has shaped up as my firm favourite. It's complex and layered, the mouth feel is good and while it has a touch of sweetness it's not cloying like many dealc wines.

Most de-alc wines are sweet and flat, this is not. It has a complex flavour with a velvet mouth feel. I enjoy a glass when I’m hot after I’ve been working.

Tastes exactly like Prosecco! Every non alcoholic wine I’ve tried up until now has either tasted like vinegar, or been so sickly sweet it’s undrinkable, but this one is lovely! Perfect for a summer evening.
